The former reality star is becoming a real estate tycoon.
After welcoming her first son last month, Lauren Conrad is getting her real estate portfolio in order.
The former reality star, current entrepreneur, and queen of party planning just listed her Brentwood, California, home for $4.5 million, according to Trulia. Conrad purchased the $3.7 million home back in 2013, so she stands to make a good profit off of the property. Built in 1959, the six-bed, five-bath home spans 4,303 square feet and sits on a 12,000-square-food plot of land. It’s set back on a secluded street and has a private entrance, which is perfect if another celebrity hopes to pick up the star-studded property. The home features a dine-in kitchen, dark hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and Carrera marble. There’s also a wood-burning fireplace and a spacious outdoor seating area, exemplifying California indoor-outdoor living.
The Brentwood neighborhood is known for attracting celebrities like Laura Dern, Tobey McGuire, Tom Brady and Giselle Bündchen, among others. So if you’re looking for a place that provides privacy as well as high-profile neighbors, this could be the perfect spot for you.
Conrad has flipped multiple properties recently. She listed a Beverly Hills apartment for $3.2 million at the end of 2015 and sold a Pacific Palisades, California, home for $5 million in May of this year. The former star of The Hills also owns two properties in her hometown of Laguna Beach, California. Perhaps that’s where she will stay with her family, husband William Tell, and newborn son Liam James Tell, who was born last month.
